Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

SubKill is a subscription finder operated by Andrii Maidanyk (maydanikas@gmail.com). This policy explains how SubKill accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

What SubKill does

SubKill scans your Gmail for receipts, trials, and known subscription mail, then shows forgotten or expensive subscriptions and cancel options. It does not send email, delete mail, or change your inbox.

Google data we access

When you tap Connect Gmail, Google asks you to grant:

We request read-only access. We cannot send, modify, or delete your mail.

How we use that data

Google user data is used only to provide SubKill’s user-facing features:

We do not use Gmail data for advertising, credit scoring, or training AI models. Use of Google user data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where data is stored

The site is hosted on Vercel. The host may keep ordinary technical logs (IP address, user agent, URL) for security and uptime. Those logs are not Gmail message contents.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Gmail contents with advertisers or data brokers. We share data only if required by law, or with a processor that is strictly necessary to run the website (currently Vercel for hosting).

Retention and deletion

Browser storage can be cleared by signing out of the tab, clearing site data, or using your browser settings. Revoke SubKill in your Google Account permissions to stop future Gmail access.

Your choices

Children

SubKill is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If how we use Google user data changes, we will update this page and the date above.
